The website www.hotelpergola.it is an online information service provided by Hotel La Pergola (hereinafter referred to as "Hotel La Pergola" or "Hotel"), through which the user of the website (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Client") can enquire, check and send, via the guided procedure contained in the website itself by the Hotel, a request for availability of the Hotel's hotel services. This availability request may also be made by direct e-mail request from the Client to the Hotel's e-mail address: email@example.com request on the social platforms of the Hotel La Pergola in Alba Adriatica or directly by phone/whatsapp to the numbers: 0039.0861.711068 - 0039.347.2204687. The use of the hotelpergola.it website and the services contained therein is subject to the User's acceptance of the terms and conditions. The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Hotel La Pergola. 1 BOOKING The booking request. The price is fixed per room per day. The direction of Hotel La Pergola reserves the right not to accept the booking request. The booking confirmation of Hotel La Pergola sent to the client is binding for both parties and represents the drawing up of the booking contract with options. If the answer is requested, the client must respect the timing given by the direction of Hotel La Pergola in order to have the option accepted and the booking confirmed definitively. At which point Hotel La Pergola promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail. All bookings must be reconfirmed by e-mail accepting the conditions of exclusion of the structure. Arrival Departure. The rooms are available to the customer from 14.00 on the day of arrival (check-in). On the day of departure (check-out) the rooms must be vacated by the customer by 10.30 a.m. Our hotel has no smoking rooms and pets are not allowed. 2 PRICES Our prices are per room per day with breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free bicycles and free beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds maximum). The tourist tax: euro 1,00 per person per day, from 14 years old, is not included in the price and must be paid at the Hotel by the guest on arrival. Reductions for children apply only with accommodation in an extra bed in the parents' room. Children under 2 years of age are entitled to an extra bed for the sole addition of € 15 per day. Children from 2 years to 8 years, with an additional bed in their parents' room, will receive a 50% discount on the adult rate. Children from 9 to 12 years old, with an extra bed in their parents' room, will receive a 30% discount on the adult rate. Children 13 years of age or older are considered as adults when booking. 3 FREE SERVICES Beach service: for each room booked, for the period booked, is available free of charge the beach service including No. 1 umbrella with No. 2 sunbeds at the beach resort "Al Faro" The customer can, however, communicate to the management even the non-use of the beach service during the stay. Parking: each room, for the period booked, is assigned, free of charge, n ° 1 unattended outdoor parking space; free WI-FI at "Hotel La Pergola" and on the beach at "Al Faro Stabilimento Balneare". 4 WISHES TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR BOOKING Cancellation of the booking: it is not pleasant neither for you nor for us. Up to 30 days before the day of arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge and get a refund of the deposit already paid. Reservations confirmed and cancelled by the customer between the 29th and 15th
day may be refunded up to 60% of the deposit already sent. Reservations cancelled by the customer 14 days before arrival will not give rise to any refund to the customer of amounts already paid - 100% PENALTY. For more information please contact us directly; Cancellations by Non-Refundable Room Type: it is not possible to cancel or modify the reservation of rooms booked through the "Non-Refundable Formula". In case of cancellation of non-refundable rooms, the management of Hotel La Pergola will retain the full amount already paid by the customer. A 100% cancellation fee is also applied in case of no-show: in case of no-show the customer will be retained the full amount paid. 5 CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT Bookings: the booking is guaranteed with a confirmation credit of 1/3 of the value. The 1/3 deposit can be paid either online by providing the customer's credit card details, or by bank transfer, postal order or Paypal. Below are the various payment methods 1. (booking period) 4. Secure payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Blue Card) through a secure payment system. The customer shall provide the credit card number, the security code on the back of the card and the expiry date. Any irregular, rejected, incomplete or fraudulent payment for a reason attributable to the customer will result in the cancellation of the booking. Upon receipt of payment, the customer will receive a detailed response and a receipt of payment for the stay by e-mail, which the customer indicated when requesting a quote. The reply is the agreement between the parties. Upon arrival at the hotel, the customer will be given an invoice summarising the total amount of the stay including the tourist tax in addition in cash. The use of an invalid credit card will automatically result in the cancellation of the reservation. In case of early departure, the Management reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay. 6 DATA PROTECTION This section provides information on data in relation to bookings.
